Welcome to Innhance. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using Innhance's services , including our WhatsApp AI booking bot, hotel dashboard, and website , you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Description of Service

  • AI chatbot for handling customer inquiries and bookings via WhatsApp
  • Hotel management dashboard for tracking bookings and analytics
  • Payment processing integration via Razorpay
  • Multi-hotel SaaS platform management tools

3. Hotel Accounts & Subscriptions

  • Hotels must register and provide accurate business information.
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per chosen plan.
  • Hotels are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are subject to the respective hotel's availability and policies.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Innhance is not responsible for disputes between guests and hotels.
  • Hotels are solely responsible for their cancellation and refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Do not transmit spam, false information, or harmful content
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
  • Do not misrepresent your hotel or provide false information to guests
  • Do not violate WhatsApp's Business Policy while using our integration

6. AI & Accuracy

  • Our AI bot may occasionally provide inaccurate responses.
  • Hotels are responsible for verifying booking details.
  • Hotels must ensure their system prompt information is accurate.
  • Innhance is not liable for booking errors from incorrect hotel information.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All Innhance content, technology, and branding are our intellectual property.
  • Hotels retain ownership of their own data including bookings and conversations.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Innhance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 3 months.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or maintenance.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
  • We may immediately terminate accounts violating these terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes shall be subject to courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • We will notify registered hotels of significant changes via email.
